Day-by-day itinerary

Day1

Travel from Medan toward Lake Toba, stopping at Sipiso-Piso waterfall viewpoint and scenic highland stops as time permits. Continue to Parapat for the night. Driving time and stop access depend on traffic and local conditions.

Day2

Cross Lake Toba by ferry to Samosir. Visit the traditional Batak settlement at Tomok and the historic stone-seat site at Ambarita, then return to the Parapat area. Ferry service and village access are subject to confirmation.

Day3

Travel through the Karo highlands toward Berastagi. Take in the mountain scenery and, if open, browse the local fruit and flower market. Overnight location and stops to be confirmed.

Day4

Return to Medan for a proposed city visit, with options such as Maimun Palace or the Great Mosque depending on opening hours and flight timing. Transfer for departure.
